The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a clinic. The room is spacious with a decent bathroom. The bed is comfortable and there is access to a balcony to enjoy a view. The service on arrival is excellent, with a sweet treat provided. The hotel offers amenities like a spa and pool.
The exterior of the hotel is a little overgrown and unloved, giving it an outdated appearance.

The building is set back from the road, providing a quiet location. We enjoyed the convenience of a flat walk to nearby trams and the Balaclava station, making transportation easy. The hotel also offered plenty of free parking, a great bonus. The sizeable indoor pool was an excellent exercise option, and we made good use of it. Thesuper clean and cozy room was a pleasant surprise, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the Fitzroy gardens, the hospital we needed to attend, and had easy access to transportation.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Check-in was seamless, and upon entering my room, I was impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved having a terrace outside where I could relax. The bathroom was perfect, with all the amenities I needed. The location of this place couldn't have been better - it was close to restaurants and tram stops for easy access to the city. The staff here were exceptional, with management even making a personal visit to ensure I was enjoying my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Convenient location near restaurants and amenities. Comfortable and clean rooms with a relaxing balcony. The staff provided us with MYKI cards for easy transportation. I recommend this hotel.
